Normally it's like 'explain... actus reus/mens rea/causation/contemporaniety rule/strict liability... Never have I seen it specific to an element on one of them!
It did throw me!
All in all, it didn't actually require that much knowledge, they really striped the contents back! But the question on pre-trails was the worst!
