Hi i got a phone interview for the marketing spring programme, if anyone could give some tips for my interview I would really appreciate it

I had mine ages ago still havnt heard back they just asked competency based questions related to their values on their website. Make sure you look at them and have examples ready to go.

I don't know if this thread is still active but I have a telephone interview this Saturday and was hoping to google competency questions around the ones they listed on the guide I downloaded and I can't find ANY questions on them! Any help from someone who already applied and got an offer? I'm applying for R&D if that helps. The competencies they listed are: Growth Mindset, Consumer and Customer Focus, Bias for Action, Accountability & Responsibility, Building Talent and Teams
