I don't find the genitals itself sexually attractive. If you showed me a picture of an erect penis, it would do nothing for me. If it was zoomed out and showed more detail about the person, it might.

I'm indifferent to vaginas generally; I find some more attractive than others but it's hardly a 'deal breaker' for me. Penii can turn me on sometimes, particularly when erect.
