I've failed one of my second year modules what to do?

I'm a second year student at kingston uni and i'm pretty sure i failed a module. The coursework was worth 40% and exam was worth 60%. It was computer based and I have really struggled from the start I have just found out I got 15% in my coursework and I know ive failed the exam I havent had a problem with my other modules. I just want to know whats going to happen? If i retake the exam in the summer, will I have enough to pass to third year? I need 40% overall to pass. But basically I dont want to end up repeating the year next year just to do one module. Can anyone give me advice on what i can do? This really messed up my day:s-smilie: :frown:
