Deadlift (first proper time doing it - excuse the lack of weight!) 1 x 10 30kg 1 x 10 40kg 1 x 5 50 kg 1 x 6 50kg 1 x 7 50kg
Romanian Deadlift (again excuse lack of weight - trying to get good form) 3 x 5 40kg
Then did a lot of ab work
Not quite sure what was happening in the gym today - one guy was doing tricep dips, but at best doing half the range of motion
One guy was getting spotted doing hammer curls..
And another guy was doing pullups - but rather than doing the full ROM - he was going as far down as having the pull up bar in line with the top of head, then pulling himself back up Then the same guy was doing over head tricep extensions.... and doing little more than 10 cm of a push... Bizarre Saturday afternoon!
