Masters thesis topic for Management of IT Innovation?

I’m struggling to come up with ideas for a thesis in MSc Management of IT Innovation. This thesis must to involve analysis of primary and/or secondary data and it must feature some aspect of Information Technology (IT) management. Technical aspect of IT is not required (i.e. there is no need for programming or website development). This thesis must involve secondary data and/or primary data (questionnaires, focus groups, interviews).

I prefer not do a case study because I don’t have access to a private organization.

I prefer the thesis to be based on secondary data or questionnaires, focus groups, interviews of students, general public or local authorities.
