No, it would probably just rupture your colon and cause massive internal injuries. It's unlikely it would come out your mouth due to the length of the alimentary canal.

What if you did it slowly to give it time? Although then it wouldnt spray.. What about spraying cola up your arse slowly to prevent rupturing while eating mentos so that when they meet in the middle you get the spray?
