Tuition fees - EU students
Hi! I am a Portuguese student and I am thinking about applying for an University in Scotland in order to study Medicine. I would start in 2014.
Can you please help me figuring out if I am eligible to apply for payment of EU tuiton fees, since I think that in 2014 there will be some important changes.

Put simply, yes. You should look at http://www.saas.gov.uk/student_support/eu_students/2001_or_later/eligibility.htm if you haven't already.
