DSA - Changing Course and University

I have withdrawn from my university course. I was given DSA for this course. I have applied for a different course at a different university for September 2013.
Does anyone know what process I have to go through to get DSA for my new course. Obviously the kit I was given is still fine for the new course but I also had study support/mentor etc. Do I have to start the process again from the beginning or just parts of it?

You'd need to fill in the form (you'd have to do this for each year anyway) again. You may not need another assessment if there's not a major difference between the 2 courses.
