Evaluative Task

I was doing a specimen paper on the evaluative task (OCR A Physics, g483:
http://www.ocr.org.uk/images/70734-unit-g483-practical-skills-in-physics-1-evaluative-task-specimen.pdf)

I know what to do for question 3 but dont know how to get the values:
I know you have to do %R + %L + %A in order to get the uncertainty of the resistivity but dont know how to get the R, L and A. Could someone shine some light on this?

Since rho = R A / l you add the % uncertainties in R, A and L together.

R = V/I so add together the % uncertainties in V and I to get % uncertainty in R.

I know this is a bit late, but how do you get the percentage error of L? Do you find the mean value, and divide the error by that x100? Because I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated!
bump... Can anybody else answer my question? (previous post)
