Mistake in my GCSE result?

So last november(2012) I sat the Biology B2 exam. We got the results back this month. I got a D. First I was dissapointed. A D! When I've only gotten A's before. So I had a look at the grade boundaries here: http://www.edexcel.com/iwantto/I%20want%20to%20%20Tasks/1211-GCSE-Units-GradeBoundaries%28Science-Mathematics%29Revised.pdf

...and it seems I should have an A! I got 43/60 no doubt about that. But a D?

Really? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
If you think there's a mistake, go to your Science teacher or your school's exams officer. They'll know what to do.

NB: Make sure you're not mistaking UMS for Raw mark though

You sure 43 is not your UMS that you just got off your results sheet?

Then it's your UMS mark; not your raw mark. So it isn't a mistake, I'm afraid.

If 43 was your UMS mark shouldn't you have gotten an E?
