head boy letter

hey guys,
i have to apply for head boy soon and i dont know how what to include in it.
can anyone just give me a template or a application they used so that i can get some ideas?

Perhaps cover:

- Why you want to be head boy
- What skills you can offer
- What ideas you can offer
- What the role means/represents to you

Remember to substantiate all of your assertions. Instead of just saying "I have a range of leadership qualities, such as confidence and strong communication skills", you add "as I demonstrated when I ______________ ".
