A-Level Mathematics and BEng Engineering
If you have achieved:
5A*-C including Maths and English
DMM in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma (280 UCAS)
D Grade in A-Level Mathematics
Could i still progress onto a BEng degree?
Did i need to have a C?

Sorry to burst a bubble but engineering is heavily influenced by maths and that grade will severely detriment your chances at any russell group and other good unis such as Loughborough. You could however do a foundation year for example at Nottingham and progress to degree level 
Doing ChemEng at a very bad uni is pointless and a waste of money
