Re-applying after withdrawal from university

If i re-apply to study another course at a different university and have a valid reason for doing so, will i still be less likely to get a place on a new course just because i have previously withdrawn at another university?
Not if you can demonstrate that your reasons for withdrawing aren't likely to recur.

It's often a positive thing if it means that you're more confident in your choice of university/course.
