both unis should send you forms
there should be a box on each to tick on whether it's firm or insurance

at least that's what I've heard
Reply 2
if ur not 100% sure that u will be goin to ur firm u should apply for accomodation for ur insurance
Reply 3
It depends on the Uni I think, I'm sure some places don't do anything about accomodation until you have a confirmed place.

Just to clarify, am I right in saying we do not have to do anything regarding accomodation for our insurance choice? thanks

This is completely dependent on the university. Contact your insurance uni to confirm.
Yeah, it really does depend on the University. For example, my University, Anglia Ruskin, only do it for firm, but sort out the accommodation before you sit your exams. Wolverhampton don't sort out any accommodation till after you get your results. While De Montfort sorted out all accommodation whether firm or insurance.
