I need to learn how to back off

Okay so whenever I really like someone, I constantly want to talk to them. I find the most stupid reasons just to message them and I wish I knew how to go without the constant need for attention cause I'm scared that it'll push the other person away :erm:

It's even worse when I can see through facebook that they've seen my message but haven't replied...

I'm the same to be honest - I don't ACTUALLY message them, but I want to. Just try to find things to distract yourself with other things/remember what you just wrote in your OP!

I've got a bad feeling that this is why the girl that I really like is ignoring me. (And has been for a couple of months now...) We get along really well when we do talk though which is why it sucks to not be on talking terms with her :colonhash:
