2. The new plants will attract new workers, thus tertiary industry grows around the plant. (However a negative impact is the growth is limited as a nuclear plant cannot be located near a massive urban area)

3. Energy prices will go down due to the difference in supply, the amount of power generated can better suit demand than by using fossil fuels and sticking to emission quotas etc.

5. There is enough nuclear fuel to last for a thousand years, and there is a big difference in the quantity required. You need alot more fossil fuel per megawatt produced than you do nuclear fuel. Also nuclear fuel can be recycled. The level of risk is actually quite low, it's just that people only ever hear about the accidents, and not the positive impacts on the environment and the economy.
