It was perpendicular, so it was y=-1/3x+5

Yea I got all the same too you and yea izzy is right as the line is perpendicular .

I got all the same awnsers as you, I got 150 for the tile question, x over 2x+1 on the last question 1 on the question before but the proof question about a multiple to five I explained wrong and I know I defo lost two marks on that. Maybey on on surds, and I don't think I've lost anymore  fingers crossed

It said prove, so my logic was "right, well I just need to prove by selecting a few numbers and then do the calculations..." Factorising didn't even occur to me :/

Well the whole question was three marks, that included the first part where you had to expand out some numbers 7(2x+1) 6(x+1) something like that and I think it gave an awnser of 20x +25. Then the second part of the question was the actual proofing where you had to use that awnser to explain. So yea it's probabley only 2 marks:smile:

Nervous and Scared :frown: any idea about grade boundaries?

Don't be! The way I see it, it's done now and there's nothing I can do about it so there's no point in me worrying. I have no idea about the grade boundaries but I have a feeling they'll be pretty high due to the exam being pretty easy. I think the mark scheme will be out tomorrow...fingers crossed!

A: 136
B: 99

D: 31
E: 15

Where did you get those from?

I'm so scared for the results, I just found out that the grade boundries for an A is 51/60 and for an A* it's 55/60 ahhhh:frown:((( I really hope I've done well enough.
Is anyone aware if the mark scheme is available?
Reply 78
It is, you just have to be authorised to access it.
