I've missed so many days of school, help me!

OK so I've missed so much days of school, i would say my attendance is probably 92% or even lower :eek:

Yesterday i missed one of my controlled assessments for chemistry and i didn't even know because i was really sick. Most of my teachers say they want a doctors note but tbh i don't have one. During the time i was sick i went to the walk-in-center instead of my GP, because it was quicker and less hassle but the doctor who gave me my medication didn't give me a note- because he was in such a rush. I don't know where I'm gonna get a note from because it's a walk in center so i have no clue what my doctors name is, I'm so confused :s-smilie:

I'm also quite worried about all the work i need to catch up and this causes me to lose a lot of motivation I'm even thinking of just failing this year.
I don't want to feel like this anymore :frown:
