Can someone help me with my results?

Ok not sure if this is the right forum but anyway

Ok here are my results break down (despite my results statement saying mark, I take it that's my ums because for physics I got 90 and the ums converter said that marks had to be between 0 and 70.)

Maths (OCR):
Core 1: 76
Core 2: 80
Stats 1: 77
Mechanics: 69

Total: 302

Physics A (AQA):
Unit 1: 88
Unit 2: 90
Unit 3T (ISA): 32
Unit 6T (A2 ISA): I'm guessing this is around 30 marks NOT ums

Total: 240

Chemistry (AQA):
Unit 1: 80
Unit 2: 94
Unit 3X: 38
Unit 4: 83

Total: 295

Sorry, what is your actual question?
If you're asking whether those are ums or raw marks, they are ums marks.

Oh yh sorry, how far am I away from the A in each and how many marks can I afford to lose?

I think I need 480/600 to get the A for Maths and I've got another 240 to come right? (120 from core 3 and core 4 each?) and I've got 302 so far so that means 240+302 = 542 meaning I can afford to lose a maximum of 542-480=62 marks for maths yes?

Edit: actually I think the A* is 480/600 ?

You can't get 120 in a maths module - the maximum ums is 100.
You need 480/600 with 180 between c3 and c4 for an A*.
This means you can only afford to lose 2 ums between c3 and c4 since your 302 means you need 178 to go.

This is assuming OCR follow the same rules as Edexcel btw.

so the A is a combined 480 ums but to get the A* you need to get 480 ums and over 90 ums in core 3 and core 4?

Ok so I think I'm going to resit core 1 and mechanics, then I've also got core 3 and core 4 to come so that gives me a possible 254 marks, I need 180 so I can mess up on 74 marks.
I'm thinking of doing core 2 and stats too but I think it might be too much, if I did stats I'd have to go over the whole course again and core 2 is going to be the hardest to improve on because I've already got 80 and it's quite a bit harder than mechanics and core 1 but I could always just chance it?

I also think I'm going to re-sit physics 1 & 2 and chem 1 & 4 because without doing so my chances of getting an A are pretty much nil

I don't think there's much point in re-sitting chem 2 because it's going to be really hard to improve on 94

resit the ISAs for physics, generally they convert to UMS badly and you'd want a fair bit higher than 30 to get an A. I know a lot of people whose marks were dragged down by the ISAs even though their raw mark was decent.

yh I'm resiting the ISAs too
