Which programme should I follow?

I have applied for the Marine transport with management program at Newcastle University and for the Marine Policy program at the Cardiff University and I have been accepted at both of them.I have seen at some rankings that Newcastle University is supposed to be better but I have also heard that the University of Cardiff is supposed to have a tradition at the marine sector and I don't know what to do.Please help me decide!

Both are more or less same. Decide based on fees, cost of living and location.

And I would also like to ask if there is anyone tha was studying this programme to Newcastle University if there is going to be difficult for someone that has studied economics and not engineering.
