University of Edinburgh Archaeology Offer Holders

Hello!

I have firmed my place to study archaeology at edinburgh this autumn and was interested in chatting to other who have. Also, what are people thinking of taking as their two outside subjects?

I've also firmed my place to study archaeology! I can't wait to start in September :biggrin:

For my two other subjects I am thinking about taking The Greek World and Scottish Medieval history. How about you?

YAY I know it's soo exciting! Do yo have a conditional or unconditional offer? I have my A Levels already (AAB) but it's conditional on GCSE spanish as I didn't have a language GCSE so I'm doing one in my gap year.

I definitely also wanna do The Greek World as I think I might wanna do joint honours with Classics and then either Greek, Latin or Spanish probably...

I have an unconditional so am all set to start! I am from Scotland so done Highers and Advanced Highers but I finished secondary school last year and am currently on a gap year studying at an American University. I didn't do as well as I could in my school grades but they have took my American ones into consideration which got me in :smile:

I have been looking at classes again and all the ones I hope to take I can't do until my second year so am trying to decide again but am defiantly still doing The Greek World. I hope to specialise in the rise of domestication/first cities but if not then defiantly classical as I love it!

Good luck with your Spanish, I'm sure you'll do great! :smile:
