Need a room next year?

We have a room available next year for rent if anybody is looking for one. The rent i relatively cheap at £65 pw all inc. the house is let by 3 2nd year students with the 4th room available.

Hi,

Im starting at UCLAN doing Music Practice in September and I don't fancy moving in to Halls. Is this room still available? If so, im interested.
Im 21, I grew up in Hackney (North London) but at the moment I live in Sheffield. Im excited to move somewhere a little smaller and get out into the country a bit.
What part of Preston is it in? What are you lot studying?
