EU Case help
I am doing an essay on the driving forces behind the relaunching of the single market in the 1980's. I found 2 ECJ cases in the 1970s and I don't know about them, legal factors behind the 1985 White Paper and the Single European Act
The 2 cases in question are the Dassonvile cases and the Cassis de Dijon case. Please can you help by providing the details and the judgement.
The Dassonville cases is about Scottish whisky going through France to Belgium.
Cassis de Dijon is about a French product being sold in Germany which has lower alcohol percentage than German domestic law
