Southampton or Edinburgh for Electronic Engineering ? I'd be grateful for any advice
Hey guys, I've received conditional offers from both the University of Southampton and Edinburgh for Electronic Engineering.
The problem is that I still don't know which one to choose. I know most students choose universities on the basis of a great many factors from the quality of the education to the quality of the nightlife in the city, but for me pretty much the only thing that matters is getting a better education in electronics from the more prestigious university.
However, since Southampton is ahead in the UK rankings in electronics and Edinburgh is ahead in World and European rankings I am a bit puzzled as to which one to choose.
Any help would be great!
