Do specsavers do free replacements for contact lenses?

I accidently teared one of them with my nails :redface: I'm not with any packages or anything, but will they give me a free replacement for it?

Um i dont know, but i doubt it. Why don’t you get the daily disposables?
Because one of my eyes needs a toric lense and they dont do dailies in torics :frown:

If you're on a plan, you are entitled to about one pair of free replacements per year. Unfortunately for them, I had roughly every third pair rip on me, and they refused to give me a suitable number of replacements, so I took my money elsewhere. They suggested, before I decided that they were idiots not worth dealing with, that if future pairs of lenses were to rip, I should bring them in to so they could verify my claim.
yes i beleive you get a number of free replacements a year. i will tell u when i get back from my lense test thingy this afternoon
thnx :smile: I was going to go this afternoon if I can get a replcaement :smile: I'm not on any plan/package, I just buy 3 months worth every 3 months of them.
Yeah, that's happened 3 times to me! Hmm interesting to see if they'll replace it...
