Yes but I meant saying just eat less and exercise more is of no help to anyone, everyone knows that, if one was to ask this question then obviously they want more information than that. And I know too, I used to weigh 15 stone, 10 months later I was 11 stone.



But in the other direction, making it needlessly complicated and specific is usually counter productive in the long term.

The fact is that most people can make a noticeable difference by paying attention to what they eat and consciously striving to move more and eat less. The only exception is probably people who really don't have much fat to lose. In that situation, you ideally watch things a bit closer and get more focused.
