Strange, just tried it and it works fine.

AQAMATH5PT - Case Sensitive (5 not S)

Sometimes when you copy and paste it adds a space on the end.

Specimen papers from the AQA website may be a good idea.

Doing questions from your textbook, and ultimately posting here if you get stuck is about as good a form of revision as you can expect.
A friend of mine does this and bought this book off of amazon - don't know if its any good though:

Hi all. I have got the Collins Further Maths Practice Book. I came across this thing called identities in the algebra section and the book doesn't explain it very well. Neither does the Internet!!
Could someone please explain to me what the difference is between equality and identity?
Please?

Will it matter on UCAS or anything that I don't have it. Cos it's not available at my school?

No. It's worth no UCAS points and there's no real benefit to taking the qualification in terms of applying to university other than the fact that it's another GCSE (sort of).

I'm only doing it because I was advised against taking the AS early because Russell Group Universities prefer you doing A Levels across 2 years rather than 3. I have to say though, this qualification is a lot easier than AS.

An equation can be solved

3x+5 = 5x-7
is only true for x=6

An identity is true for all x

x2 + 2x - 5 is ALWAYS the same as (x+1)2 - 6
So we would use the identity symbol
