Tuition Fee Help!!

ok so i have been to university before but withdrew after my first year because i just hated it. a few years later, i decided i was ready to go back and i am now coming towards the end of my first year. i would like to transfer to a new university but stay on the same course im on right now. i know i will still get my maintenance loan for the rest of my new course but because i have been to university before and this time it will technically be my third time, will i still be eligible for tuition fee loan? because if im not that really does put me in a bad situation. i have tried looking this up but i can't get a proper answer and i know tuition fee loans go on previous study rules blah blah blah. but i can't see why i wouldn't get it if i haven't even got degree yet

Give student finance a call and/or send them an email detailing your situation clearly. They're the ones that can give you the most accurate advice, good luck.
