The thing I can't understand here is, it takes longer to fill out a card with all the relevant details than it probably takes for you to answer the door and then he has to carry your parcel round with him for the rest of his round. So why would he not bother to knock??

I am not surprised at all , they are bunch money grabbing thiefs .
I was expecting a mobile phone delivery as it did not turn up I called the mobile phone company and they said the try to deliver but no one was at the address . I rebook it for the next at cost of £20 and again no delivery was made . I called to complain but the said the same story no one was at the address and I have to pay another £20 to reshadule the delivery .
