Choice between Manchester and Durham

Hi everyone,
i am new here and this is my first post. saying this is not important, but i thought so.
i applied for Master in international relations in Durham and Manchester, and i have been offered place from both universities. now i am ambivalent regarding, which one to choose for studies. i am international student and have to be very certain while deciding, because its a decision of life time. my apprehensions are, Durham is ranked higher in domestically , whereas, Manchester outweighs Durham internationally, and is reputed higher.
i need some comprehensive advice which university should i opt. keeping in mind the employment factors, teaching standards, environment, opportunities, interactions and finally the repute of the course (international relations).
