Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyRamadhaan has been awesome(Original post by hafa)
Completely forgot about this thread =/
Well, Ramadan is nearly over how's it been? I've lost weight, not sure how but all my trousers are falling down :| LOL
but it has absolutely flowwwwn by this year! Have to make the most of the last few days inshaAllah.
Ahaha, they are, are they? :P Someone needs to go clothes shopping, me thinks. It's always a good sign though - as long as you're not anorexic, in which case, it would be pretty bad :/ lmao. -
Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyYeahh! It's gone too quick for my liking, iA Allah accepts our fasts this Ramadan.(Original post by hidden_desire)

LOL I'm not anorexic but I was putting on muscle mass prior to Ramadan, probably lost a bit of that during fasting, going to have to work extra hard when I get back in the gym
-
Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyI know, right?(Original post by hafa)

Sad times. Aaah, muscle mass eh? I see. Yes, go back and do that.

I think I should too tbh
. How's Eid prep coming along?

Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyLOL I need to sign up to the gym again, I stupidly cancelled the membership instead of freezing it...(Original post by hidden_desire)

I haven't done much prep for Eid, not really looking forward to it. It doesn't feel as exciting as before (when I was younger) if you know what I mean lol. But I've bought Eid clothes, that's something I guess
How about you?
-
Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyOh dear LOL. Will that be a lot of hassle?(Original post by hafa)

And yeah, totally know what you mean. When we were kids, Eid felt like Eid. Now it's just another day :/ But it's nice making it fun for the children though, I guess
I didn't even get any Eid clothes this time round. We have so many pairs stacked up that people don't even remember me wearing them, so I think I'm sorted for the next few Eids
Need to save up monies for uni innit

So Eid is most certainly on Tuesday then isn't it? God help us if it's on Wednesday coughorangewednesdayscough lol.
Are you moving away from home then, for uni? -
Re: The TSR Bangladeshi SocietyOh because that would make it so complicated! Think of all the food and clothes you could be getting with that money!(Original post by hafa)

Yeah, so I hear. I guess we can't say for sure until tomorrow night though, eh? Tbh it doesn't really affect me whichever day it's on, I'm don't do orange Wednesdays much anyway
And yes, yes I am
(and no, beneath this cool front, I'm not really terrified). Hence the need for me to start saving those pennies!

The gym membership alone costs £40 / month so I'll try and haggle with them
Yup, yup I don't mind whichever day it's on either. I don't have any plans for Eid and my friends can't be arsed to do anything so I guess I'll be spending the day with family.
What course are you doing by the way?
Lmao. I just didn't eat the typical iftaar food (where as the rest of my family did,) was so damn hard saying no(Original post by humble_bumble)
