English Langue GCSE

Hi...I will be sitting the english language GCSE paper this year....

I am really stuck on how to structure my answers for all of the questions....i also don't really know what techniques to use beside PEE AND PQC...I heard that there are many other techniques such as GAP AND LIST but i don't know how to use them. It would be great if some one could explain how i could incorporate it into my work and the English teachers at my school are hopeless.

I am predicted a B but i think i will end up with a C because of my lack of knowledge on how to structure the answer any help would be great
