Which Art and Design Foundation Course to Choose?

Hello,
I have two offers for the Art and Design Foundation courses at Buckinghamshire University (unconditional) and UCA Epsom (80 UCAS points in one subject) I liked both at the open days however, I can't decide which offer to accept. I am hoping to do fine art or textiles after the foundation course. So is it worth moving away from home to go to UCA Epsom for a foundation year?

honestly i don't think it's worth moving away to go to epsom, especially considering you get no student loans so would have to pay for your rent, living costs etc. all by yourself. i held an offer last year but declined as the college dedicated all of its space to fashion students so foundation students seemed to hardly get anything, the facilities in general were poor compared to other places i had applied...it just wasn't impressive at all. it would be alright if it was just your local foundation, but i wouldn't spend all that money on it.
