Ok, just wanted to check whether I was doing this right.
The question is:
A plane is parallel to the x axis and cuts the y and z axis at the same value. This is a:
a) [100] plane
b) [101] plane
c) [111] plane
d) [011] plane
Now, obviously it can't be [101] as that gives different values of y and z.
In my mind it's obviously [011] as both the [100] and [111] planes cut the x axis at 1 and therefore cannot be parallel to it.
I'm sure that I'm right, but can somebody please just confirm for me that I'm not doing anything daft.
