Hi, for all those sitting BIOL2 this June, here is a topic analysis doccument. It contains a chart of all topics covered in AQA BIOL2 and which past papers they appeared in. This could help us to predict what topics the main questions could be on. Some topics seem to appear in every paper and others not so much. Hope it helps.

it is asking for beats per minute and the data table only shows up to 0.7 seconds, so 60/0.7=86bpm :smile:

Ahhh yeah those two 2 markers on active transport were a nightmare! I couldn't figure out what they were asking for... what did everyone put?

For the first one I put more kinetic energy for the carrier proteins for active transport at higher temperatures? I doubt it's right.

For the second I said there is only a slight increase which shows that it's not along the concentration gradient. If it was then the rate of uptake would've doubled just as the concentration doubled.
