Bars is a process of lightly touching 32 points on your head to remove redundant thoughts, beliefs, judgements and points of view rather like cleaning up the hard drive of your computer!

The bars are related to different areas in your life such as
Communication,Creativity,Hopes & Dreams, Money, Joy, Kindness and Healing just to name a few. Many people say they feel more space in their head as if it’s been decluttered!

For a bars session ,you lie fully clothed, on your back.A series of points on your head are lightly touched each for several minutes.

The worst that can happen after a Bars session is you feel as relaxed as if you had received a great massage. The best that can happen is your whole life can change.

How does it get any better than that?

Students before tests or exams
Reduces anxiety and tension
