Do you pay tuition fees for placement yar?

Hi everyone,
I got offered a placement for next year as part of my course. I was wondering whether I need to apply for student finance for next year (placement year), do I need to pay the tuition fees for next year? So this is what my course is like:
1st Year: £3.5k tuition fees
2nd Year: £3.5k tuition fees
3rd Year: Placement Year, tuition fees ?
Final Year: £3.5k tuition fees

So, do I pay tuition fees for my 3rd (Placement) year?

I know at some uni's you pay half fees but I would ask someone from your department to be sure.

Yes there definitley are tuition fees to be paid, as your under the old fee regime then its half fees.
