40 marker Tectonic Hazard qs plz help!

Title-Discuss the view point that attempts to manage and predict tectonic hazards are a waste of time and effort (40m)

Basically I have sat here for the past hour struggling to know what to put down for this essay.

look at how tectonic hazards are managed and look at how tectonics hazards are predicted.

Look at different hazards such as earth quake how is it caused whats plates caused it basically use examples such as the kashmir earthquake(ledc) and contrast it with an (medc) L'aquila and look at the impacts how they were managed and how they were predicted for each one.

You could do the same for volcanoes

But make SURE you have INTRODUCTION and CONCLUSION.
