Student Finance Help?
Ok so I submitted my application online a month ago then about 2 weeks ago I sent off the evidence they asked for (my birth certificate etc) and then this morning I got an email saying my application had been put on hold while they await my eligibility evidence. What does this mean? Will I have to send off evidence of my household income or are they just processing the evidence I sent already? So confused 
Why not ring them and see what they say? It could be anything? They are open till 8pm
