How to be a physician?

I'm in college, my chemistry grade is dying, I currently have a C, and it would be super hard to bring it up to a B because it's a low C and I only have one more test before my exams, If I get an A on the exam, I'd probably then bring it up to a B possibly, but it probably has to be a high B.


I feel like crying, I know most universities require an A in chemistry, and I don't have that. Can I get into university for medicine with an A in biology, A in statistics, A in english with a B for physics and a C in chemistry. I know that they require either an AAAAB or AAABB, are there any that care for an AAABC? I know they might not be many, but can I still be a doctor with my C grade?
What should I do to replace this requirement? I'm going to do volunteer work and maybe a summer job related to medicine this summer.
