gibberellins- quick question

'Mitosis in the intercalary meristems of deep water rice plants increases with gibberellin treatment.'

Does this only happen in these rice plants, or does it happen in all plants?

Well, it does increase for other plants as well, though I can;t specifically remember any examples right now.

So does it happen in every plant, or only a few?

Every plant. Gibberellins are plant hormones which stimulate cell reproduction (or mitosis, if you prefer) - this means it works in all plants.
