Maths or Economics?

Hi

Currently in a situation where I'm caught between studying Maths or Economics at degree level.

Considering I've enjoyed them both equally at A level, which would be the better option to pursue? In terms of employability, job prospects etc.

And would a joint honours be a decent idea? Or even a completely different slightly more vocational degree such as Accounting and Finance?

Would love some feedback, thanks in advance guys.

Anyy opinions?
I could say the standard "go for what you enjoy more" but I was in a same position as you a while back.

I researched a bit and it was pretty clear economics was more employable but also more competitive. Maths, I felt more natural at but economics interesting to the extent I'd research beyond the syllabus voluntary. That's why I chose to pursue Economics.

A joint degree is a good idea if you really can't decide. But go for one you don't find tedious.
