is anyone else wishing they spent more time on their coursework? i did a half-arsed job on most of mine because i wasn't realy interested in doing well, thinking that i could blitz my way through the exams. now its virtualy imposible for me to get As and A*s in some subjects.

i did get 50/50 on history though, and an a reasonable A* in enlish. but apart from that im screwed.

for my physics, i got 3 A's in my modules (worth 30%) and a B in my coursework (worth 20%) - my teacher has said I only need 64% in the exam for an A* (based on last year's boundaries)

How does everyone get full marks for history??
Were you all told to stick to a word limit?
Well...my coursework is as follows (N.B. I don't know many cos the teachers say that if we know we did well, we won't revise, and if we know we did badly, we'll give up and won't revise! Hmmm...kinda weird logic there IMHO!)
Chemistry:29/30
Physics: 29/30
Biology: not told
English Lit: for the three essays I had a rounded average of 44/45
English Lang: speaking bits average of 37/40, written 20/20 :smile:

History: not told, but hopefully high (but definitely NOT full marks!)
Latin: no coursework
French: no coursework
Music: performing 58/60, composition 30/30 :smile:
