Is it okay to enter actuarial science without studying economics before?

I have never studied economics before. I have done a bit of research, and know economics is deeply involved in actuarial science(including MORSE in Warwick)

-Are there any course in year 1 which can teach me from the basics?

-Is it very hard to catch up?

I am pretty scary if I can catch up, I will be kicked out of the university.

Please clear my doubts

By the way, what are the differences between MORSE and other actuarial science?

Have a look here: http://www.undergraduate.hw.ac.uk/programmes/GG13/
You might not have heard of the university but its one of the top-rated universities for actuarial science. If the entry requirements to a course don't ask for any kind of economics qualification then you don't need to have studied to before. Not that sure about MORSE in particular... you might get some better answer on the Warwick forum or something...
