The intake who started 6 months earlier than me at my uni had to have exposure but not placements, but they recently changed the course and our intake have to, but they told us the course was changing before we started. I suppose this is a question the OP could ask at their interviews.


The university I studied at still follow the same structure at the moment. Tbh I'd have preferred actual placements in those areas than the stuff I had to do. Some actual clinical exposure to midwifery rather than doing an online pack and workbook would have been useful and interesting too.
Join the club - I am absolutely clueless about what I want to do, but I'm just about to head off to uni. Just take it one step at a time, concentrate on your uni choices and a-levels just now.
