Parents not going on first day of uni?

Assuming that you can leave all your stuff in halls over xmas and easter, then I'd suggest taking what you need (day to day clothes, coat, fancy dress, going out clothes) at first, and then bringing more stuff over after Christmas?

I suppose I was just thinking of taking enough clothes to do me without being tempted to buy new clothes when in a poor student =p

Yeah, but me and you are Asian :biggrin: That being said, my mum wasn't best pleased that I moved out to go to uni :biggrin:

Oh and my dad is pretty damn unsupportive, it's unreal :cry2:
