Practice a lot of past papers and look at mark schemes as the questions are always similar.

i wouldnt really rely soley on mark schemes, for example this january they had a huge insert on email which was a big properition of the marks.

I agree.it's also important to go through the book,but make sure you practice the exam papers.

practice papers, look through theory book/ notes.... make sure you understand what the question is asking you to do ie state, explain, describe etc
