Which ones do you have?
enzyme from yeast (zymase)
temperature 35-40OC
no air (anaerobic)

Those three... and "batched over several days"? I'm not sure if that's a condition or not.

sterile conditions
yeast cells
sugar(glucose)
I've never come across an exam asking 5! I was going to add the sterile conditions one like potter said - saw that in a mark scheme

ive only come across 4.

-yeast (containing enyzmes)
-temperature around 30°C
-anaerobic conditions (no oxygen in air)
-batch process

most of the time, they only ask for 1 or 2 conditions. i put the top two down first coz they the most obvious.
sometimes they may be expecting all possible conditions. this is the case in big mark questions.
depends on exam board
i do aqa
never had all of these together on 1 markscheme but i seen em a few times each

35 degrees
glucose must be aqueous
sterile air
enzymes in yeast

got the other two if n e 1 interested

its (aq) solution
and sterile condictions
the other condition may be at 1ATM of pressure
Nice trawling through the archives...

How about glucose and water?
Since the OP was "essential condictions", do you really think that yeast would stop fermentation, just because the pressure got a bit higher/lower?
Needs to happen in the absence of oxygen
Needs to be between 25-50 degrees Celsius temperature.
Presence of Yeast
Sugars being in solution
:smile::u:Hope that helps
