If a miscalculation of one of your modules leads to your final grade being a 2:2 instead of a 2:1 And your uni doesn't allow you to appeal on the grounds of it being too late even though you found out only 3 days later
What are your options, is there anything you could do about it???

If it was law degree I'd consider a legal challenge. lol!
Seriously though, if it was indeed their mistake then you should be able to get this rectified.
And definitely seek some professional legal advice.
Another place to try is your constituency MP. The opposition party will only be too pleased to take this up. You could also take this to the press although you should think carefully first and only use this as a last resort.
